Help Mia Get Intensive Therapy
Mia Collins Farrell, the daughter of an Arkansas National Guardsman, was born prematurely and later diagnosed with a rare COL4A1 genetic mutation, causing brain malformations, cerebral palsy, low muscle tone, and global developmental delays. She is nonverbal, G-tube dependent, and faces daily seizures — yet her determination and smile light up every room she enters.
Mia currently attends physical, occupational, and speech therapy three times a week. She’s making beautiful progress toward greater strength, control, and awareness every day. Her therapists believe she has tremendous potential, and intensive therapy could help her reach even greater milestones.
Intensive therapy is a three-week program combining hours of focused physical, occupational, and speech therapy each day. It’s designed to help children like Mia achieve in weeks what can take months or years in traditional therapy — building strength, coordination, and independence.
To make this life-changing opportunity possible, Mia’s family is raising $15,000 to cover therapy costs, lodging, travel, and adaptive equipment. The program will take place at All Kids Are Perfect, a pediatric intensive therapy center in Cary, North Carolina, that specializes in helping children with neurological and developmental challenges reach their fullest potential.
Every donation brings Mia closer to this opportunity for growth, strength, and new possibilities.
