LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Arkansas National Guard Foundation (ANGF) proudly announces the appointment of Mr. Randy Lann as its new Executive Director, effective October 1, 2025.
Mr. Lann brings decades of nonprofit leadership, association management, and community service experience to the Foundation. He most recently served as the Executive Director of the Arkansas Home Furnishings Association, where he excelled in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational sustainability. His tenure was marked by cultivating strong board relationships, ensuring compliance, and negotiating contracts that strengthened long-term operations.
Beyond his association leadership, Lann has a distinguished record of nonprofit service and recognition:
- Trooper Ermon Cox Award – Arkansas State Police
- Arkansas State Police Hall of Fame Award
- Arkansas State Police Exceptional Service Award
- Board Member – Arkansas State Police Foundation
- President – Arkansas Association of Executive Directors
- President – Arkansas Society of Professional Lobbyists
- Board Member – Pathfinder, Inc.
His career reflects a consistent commitment to program management, fundraising, and impactful community engagement, making him uniquely positioned to guide the Arkansas National Guard Foundation into its next chapter.

Mr. Lann succeeds Colonel (Ret.) Damon Neil Cluck, who has served as Executive Director since 2022. Under Cluck’s leadership, the Foundation expanded its scholarship programs, increased emergency relief support, and built new partnerships to sustain Guard families and preserve Guard heritage.
“I am humbled to join the Arkansas National Guard Foundation and carry forward its vital mission,” Lann said. “The Foundation makes a tangible difference in the lives of our Soldiers, Airmen, and their families. It is an honor to help continue that legacy of service and support.”
Since its establishment in 1967, the Arkansas National Guard Foundation has provided more than $1.8 million in scholarships, emergency financial assistance, survivor support, and community programs that enhance readiness and resiliency among Guard families.
